Adaptogenic Fall Granola
Granola is one of our favourite snacks to have on hand. It's full of good fat, protein, vitamins and minerals like zinc, manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B1 to name a few.
Our Adapt powder gives this simple granola an upgrade with added protein, warming spices like ginger, cinnamon and cardamom and adaptogenic herbs.
It's easy to make, and even easier to eat!
