September is here, and that means back to school! This year is the first year one of my babies is old enough to attend school and that is definitely an adjustment for me whose used to doing lunches on the fly at home.
Now that we're in cold & flu season I have a fairly tight supplement regime, but I also eat awhole foods, mostly plant based diet to nourish my body and support my immune system. One of my favourite ways to give my immune system a little extra love this time of year is by eating mushrooms, specifically Reishi.
